Delivery fact

The problem

Dental service organizations chase claims across practice management systems and payer portals, and staff sit on hold with payers for hours. InsideDesk centralizes claims across locations, automates payer follow-up, uses AI to make the payer phone calls, tracks AR and denials in real time, and reports through Power BI.

Key decisions

Constraint

The same design decisions had to hold across a dashboard, a trade booth and a mailer.

Options

Product and marketing designed separately, or one system.

Decision

One visual system carried from the React prototype into booths, business cards, brochures and direct mail.

Trade-off

More coordination. One brand wherever a DSO met the product.

Where AI was used

AI-powered payer phone call automation is in the product; the prototype was built with AI assistance in React and Material UI.
